Sanyo has launched a new heating business to meet demands for high performance
heat pump systems.
Eco CO2
SANYO’s flagship heating product is the ECO CO2 based
heat pump, an advanced air to water system that delivers
low cost hot water for heating and domestic use in residential
and small commercial premises. It produced around 50%
less carbon emissions than gas-fired boilers and uses CO2 as
its refrigerant; a natural and non toxic gas sealed within
the system.

Alongside the CO2—based ECO system, SANYO is introducing an advanced HFC-based heat pump system. Available in capacities from 5 to 28kW, the system is designed or both heating and cooling and can be used with traditional fan coil units.
