Started life as a Refrigeration engineer and then moved into air conditioning, spending 16 years at SWM he finished his tour as Sales & Marketing Director in 2002 and joined Oceanair. Tony is Managing Director of our Nottingham operation and brings in depth of knowledge and experience in design and application of air conditioning systems and control integration.

Lisa began her career in 1998 working in sales administration and graduated to external sales in 2000, she comes from a healthy heritage as both her Father and Uncle were Refrigeration engineers. Responsible for the East midlands territory Lisa deals with all manner of enquiries from small splits to VRF applications.

Leanne Mace

Leanne started work in publishing before joining Mitsubishi electric as Distributor account manager, she met her husband and decided to move north where she joined Dean & wood for 6 years as area Sales Engineer - North before being promoted to Specification Sales Engineer - National. She is passionate about the industry and a member of the institute of Refrigeration.

Gary Smith

Gary served his apprenticeship in Refrigeration & Air conditioning with Jones refrigeration in Nottingham and latterly RCL, he then worked for For most air conditioning as a service/ commissioning engineer. In 1991 he joined SWM as a technical support engineer and left in 1999 to join De longi as their technical support manager. Gary joined Oceanair Nottingham in 2004 and brings with him a wealth of experience across the field of air conditioning.

Sarah Bister

Sarah has been at Oceanair Nottingham right from the start, if you've dealt with us then you have spoken to Sarah. She has over 20 years experience in Refrigeration and Air conditioning distribution dating back to 1987 when she started work for Willison in Birmingham. Four years at control centre and seven years at SWM and you can see how there are very few things that Sarah has not dealt with. She is an avid Aston Villa fan but will still take orders from Birmingham city fans. As operations manager she deals with all aspects of the business including Finance, Logistics and administration.

Lee Beales




Lee looks after all matters logistics liaising with transport companies to ensure that all deliveries arrive on time every time. Frequently Lee will also deal with spare parts enquiries and booking in and out of stock and warehouse duties.
